Hi! I'm Hannah
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist Consultant (CEDS-C), I help people navigate the often complicated relationship between food and their bodies.
After spending over six years working within the VA healthcare system, I've seen how life experiences can shape our relationship with food and our bodies. For Veterans, active-duty service members, and their families, military culture, trauma, and the transition back to civilian life can bring unique challenges. I bring this experience and understanding into my work with all clients, creating space for you to feel heard, understood, and supported in your journey.
I often say that one of the longest relationships we'll ever have is the one we have with food and our bodies. And, just like any relationship, there will be ups and downs. Maybe food has become a source of stress, you're wanting to manage a chronic condition without the pressures from diet culture, or you're ready to break free from patterns that no longer serve you. You deserve a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment.
