For Clinicians
Whether you're looking to refer a client or seeking supervision toward your CEDS credential, I'm glad you're here.
Referring a Client
I work with clients navigating anorexia (including atypical presentations), binge eating disorder, and chronic dieting patterns, using a trauma-informed, weight-inclusive (HAES) approach grounded in Intuitive Eating. My clinical background includes several years treating eating disorders alongside complex psychiatric and medical comorbidities in a VA hospital setting, which has shaped how I hold space for clients with layered trauma, mental health, and medical histories.
I collaborate with therapists, physicians, psychiatrists, and other providers as part of a multidisciplinary approach to eating disorder treatment. I welcome warm referrals and am happy to coordinate care with your team to ensure continuity and consistency for your client.
I specialize in
- Anorexia nervosa, including atypical presentations
- Bulimia nervosa & binge eating disorder
- OSFED & chronic dieting patterns
- Complex psychiatric & medical comorbidities
- Intuitive Eating & weight-inclusive (HAES) care
- Chronic condition management, including diabetes and women's health
What to expect
I offer virtual, individual nutrition counseling and accept clients in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Maine, and Florida. I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and UnitedHealthcare, and offer self-pay and sliding scale options. Client sessions are 60–75 minutes for initial appointments and 45 minutes for follow-ups.
I'm happy to communicate with your team, share progress notes (with client consent), and participate in treatment team check-ins as needed.

CEDS Supervision
As an iaedp-Approved Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Consultant (CEDS-C), I provide the required 1:1 consultation hours that dietitians and other clinicians need to earn their CEDS credential, one of the most respected certifications in eating disorder treatment.
About the CEDS credential
The Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) is awarded by the iaedp Foundation. It is not a course certificate — it is a credential that validates verified clinical experience, professional licensure, ethical practice, and ongoing continuing education.
To earn the CEDS, applicants must complete 24 hours of consultation with an iaedp-Approved CEDS-C (at least 12 of which must be individual or dyad). A written consultation agreement is required before we begin — I'll provide this upon engagement.
What our sessions look like
Consultation sessions are held individually, 1:1, virtually. We'll tailor the focus to your clinical experience, mentorship goals, and the hours you need. Sessions may cover complex case consultation, trauma-informed and weight-inclusive approaches, eating disorder differential diagnosis, treatment planning, ethical considerations, and professional development.
The number of sessions depends on where you are in the process — whether you're just starting to build hours or finishing the final stretch before applying.
Why work with me
My supervision style is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I strive to create a space where dietitians can ask questions openly, build clinical confidence, and develop their own authentic approach to eating disorder care. Drawing from both my experience in a large interdisciplinary healthcare system and private practice, I aim to bridge evidence-based treatment with the realities of day-to-day clinical work.
